Aleena Malik is the driving force behind Malik Supportive Housing Services (MSHS) since its inception in 2020. From her early days as a volunteer to her current role as CEO, Aleena's unwavering commitment has left an indelible mark on the organization's journey. With a rich background in real estate, property management, and executive assistance, Aleena's experience is the cornerstone of MSHS's success.

Over the past three years as an executive assistant, Aleena's diligent efforts have been pivotal in navigating housing applications, community outreach, and program development. Her real estate expertise has seamlessly integrated into MSHS's mission, leveraging housing grants and fostering collaborations with social service providers. Aleena's vision extends beyond housing, as she strives to pioneer financial literacy initiatives, alleviate food insecurity, and forge partnerships to offer essential healthcare services.

RODGER DAVIS, Program Director
Rodger Davis, our dedicated Program Director, brings a wealth of experience from his years of service in hospital environments and as a former law enforcement officer. His deep-rooted commitment to supporting individuals facing hardships, recovery, and reentry into society drives his unwavering dedication.

With a strong focus on efficiently managing the daily affairs of our program's clients, Rodger ensures a nurturing and structured environment. His aspiration is to collaborate with organizations, offering comprehensive support for those seeking to regain independence within the community.
